J.J. Car Wash

Got a detail done for $175. When I arrived, I noticed there were still several spots on the outside that needed attention, so I asked if it was finished. I was told, “We tried our best, but we don’t have the supplies to remove the glue.” My question is: why wasn’t I told that before I paid for the detail? When I asked what was actually done for the $175, I was told they shampooed the interior and washed the vehicle inside and out. Unfortunately, there were still spots inside that were untouched, and the windows still had watermarks. I ended up going to Home Depot, buying Goo Gone, and taking care of the glue myself. Save your time and save your money. Do your research before going here. Poor customer service and poor detailing—if that’s what they call it. It felt like a bunch of seniors and kids washing cars without properly finishing the job. The vehicle clearly still needed to be touched up. For $175, I expected an actual detail, not a basic wash and a half-finished job.

Been in business over 40 years but current owner Travis (son of original owner JJ) claimed I was the “first person to act like this” when I asked for a receipt. 3 stars for being an equal opportunity employer and keeping the community alive and employed. Does GREAT work when they want to impress you (I highly recommend the 3+ hour exterior hand wax by Travis!), but lacks the proper infrastructure for regular, routine business. A hand wax for the exact same car can take 1 hour or 3+ hours depending on the day, who’s doing it, where the wax was kept, if the shop is stocked that day, and other miscellaneous and random reasons. The contact/phone system is intermittent. Tight-knit family/friend/community business with generational history and loyal employees. Can give different experiences/treatment to customers based on if they want you to return or not apparently, but this appears to be common practice in the area. Especially with the auto-related businesses.

I took my sister’s car to JJ’s Car Wash to get a deep clean for her birthday, and wow they absolutely exceeded my expectations! The car was significantly dirty when I dropped it off, and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car. JJ and the staff did an amazing job. The service was very personable, the attention to detail was impressive, and you can really tell they take pride in their work. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. If you need a deep clean or want your car looking its best, I highly recommend them. Super happy with the service! 😄

I recently had my car washed at J.J. CAR WASH and I have to say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism truly sets this place apart from others. Ike , durall ,carlos ,nana ,micky at J.J. CAR WASH are amazing. From the moment I arrived they were welcoming friendly and incredibly efficient. You can tell they take pride in their work. They handled my car as if it were their own and made sure every part of it was perfectly cleaned. What impressed me the most was the transformation of my car. It looked absolutely spotless inside and out. The shine the cleanliness and the fresh feel made it seem like a brand new vehicle again. They did not miss a single detail. If you are looking for a car wash that combines excellent service a professional team and truly impressive results J.J. CAR WASH is the place to go. Highly recommended I will definitely be coming back
